I know people can change.

My name's Jerry Gilpin. I've set up perception because I know that focussed, affirming and yet challenging support does help people grow. It's helped me grow. And I've seen it in my work as a teacher, as a parish priest, as chaplain in a Higher Education college, and in the change and development that has resulted in the positive client testimonials since I began the business in 2007.

My professional service is based on training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Benchmarks and Skillscope 360° feedback instruments, and qualification as a Coach at Practitioner Level (see the OPP, EMCC and OCM websites for more details). I hold full professional indemnity insurance provided by Towergate Insurance.
